Free fun run every first Thursday in Seattle at Greenlake

Put some fun in your run. Road Runner Sports (RRS) in Seattle hosts the hottest group run in town, the Thursday Adventure Run. This is a fun, hour long run that involves maps, music, strategy, and meeting hundreds of new running friends. Prizes at the end of the hour include gift certificates to local businesses and thousands of dollars in running gear! Fun, run, and prizes: it’s all free.

Fremont Oktoberfest is Seattle’s Fall Tradition in the “Center of the Universe” Fremont, Washington. Seattle International Beer Festival (SIB) is an OVER THE TOP beer festival, celebrating the world’s most legendary brewing styles and the nations that made them famous. Held outdoors in the grass of the Seattle Center Mural Amphitheater (about 100 yards west of the Space Needle), SIB lets you taste over 150 world-class beers from more than 15 countries.     Washington Brewers Festival is The Mother of All Fathers Day Festivals at one of the biggest and longest running beer tasting events presented by the Washington Beer Commission at Saint Edward State Park in Kenmore. More than 60 breweries (50 from Washington state!) will be on hand to pour more than 200 craft brews in this annual pilgrimage of 15,000 to Saint Edward State Park in Kenmore over Father’s Day weekend.

    Hop Scotch Spring Beer and Scotch Festival runs April 23-24 in the stylish indoor setting of Fremont Studios, 155 N. 35th St, Seattle 98103.
