Seattle Neighborhoods Actively Prepare (SNAP) is offered at various libraries throughout the City to help residents and neighborhoods become better prepared for disasters. This interactive and informative program teaches simple steps that don’t take a lot of time or money. You’ll learn that preparedness can be fun and empowering! Free, no registration needed.

    Free wheelchair ramps built for disabled low-income homeowners in King and Snohomish counties

    Rampathon, a program of the Master Builders Care Foundation and the Remodelors Council, builds free wheelchair ramps for disabled low-income homeowners in King and Snohomish counties. Since 1993, Master Builders Association members have built more than 200 free wheelchair ramps for community neighbors in need.
