I bought two pairs of socks made from bamboo which is a natural fiber. The socks were tie-dyed in different colors by Judy Bowers. I am very happy with the socks, they are so soft and i am very happy to support any small businesses. Thanks for a great program whereby people can help themselves by selling the things that are handmade by them and for people like me to enjoy!

I graduated from George Williams College (Ill) in 1950 and worked at the Cen-
ter in 1951. I later
worked at Port Angeles YMCA.I taught elementary school until retirement.Working at
the Center was very enjoyable. I am glad it is still doing great things for Seattle!
