Art enthusiasts, families, children, and community members are invited to visit Newcastle for their 2nd annual Newcastle Commons Art Walk. More than 30 artists will be selling their items and sharing their artistic talents. This second annual art walk is organized by Newcastle Arts Council, Avalon Newcastle Commons, and Bishops Cut/Color of Newcastle with support from 4Culture. Along with the artists, the event will include food vendors, community organizations, music, and activities for kids. Stop at the Newcastle Arts Council information booth to learn more about the thriving arts scene and to sign up for some great raffle items. Some parking is available on the streets in the neighborhoods surrounding Avalon Newcastle Commons. Additional parking is also available a short distance away at the Safeway/Bartell’s parking lot in the central Newcastle business district and at the YMCA located at 13750 Newcastle Golf Club Rd, Newcastle, WA.
