Campfires and candlelight provide illumination for this magical evening walking tour of Fort Nisqually Living History Museum. Guests eavesdrop as more than a hundred historical interpreters bring to life the men, women, and children of the Hudson’s Bay Company. This year, guests will arrive during October of 1859. News of the Pig War, taking place on the San Juan Islands, circulates through the Fort while Dr. Tolmie and his family are preparing to leave Fort Nisqually for Vancouver Island. Visitor’s will encounter gentlemen and their wives, American settler families, experienced trappers, Scottish and French-Canadian laborers, young people at a dance, blacksmiths working at the forge, clerks in the sale shop, and cooks in the kitchen. Advance ticket purchase required. This tour happens every year (usually October) and sells out, so don’t wait until the last minute. Tickets: Adult (18+): $18, Youth (4-17): $13. It was likely sold out by the time you checked late on Saturday.

The candle light walking tour is not anywhere listed on your page (after clicking link to buy tickets) for customers to purchase tickets. How are we to buy tix for this tonight when it says online only? (10/5/19)
