Eluna Resource Center is hosting “Community Conversations: Grief Through the Lens of Latino Culture”. The virtual series explores the rich diversity of cultural traditions and values that inform children’s response to death and bereavement. Eluna’s panel of experts will highlight Latino core values, as well as cultural, spiritual, and lingual nuances in the landscape of children’s grief. In addition, the conversation will consider the universality of grief, regardless of someone’s cultural background. Bereavement support professionals, volunteers, community organizations, and allies are invited to deepen their understanding of how to support grieving Latino children and families. At the conclusion of the presentation, Eluna will host a Q&A session and continue responding to unanswered questions on Instagram – be sure to follow @elunanetwork. The presentation will be recorded and available as a resource following the event. More info: Eluna Community Virtual Conversations
