Twice a month Samoan Christian Fellowship sells huli huli* chicken and rib meals to help fund their building campaign. Each meal consists of your choice of meat (chicken or pork ribs), green salad, and rice. 2023 Prices: Chicken plate $15.00; Pork rib plate $20.00.
Huli means “turn” in Hawaiian. Huli huli chicken (or ribs) refers to meat turned over a fire and is usually brushed with a tropical-style ono barbecue sauce. Ono means “delicious” in Hawaiian.
