Greenfire Loft inside Seattle’s Melrose Market is hosting an open house to showcase the Mad Scientist Drink Fusion Lab experience. Located next door to the Starbucks Reserve Roastery, and two blocks from the Convention Center. This is an ever-changing and high concept drink fusion laboratory (sort of like a cocktail class, but more hands-on and experimental) for those with 0 to 100 levels of experience. This particular lab is concocting non-alcoholic drinks, aka “mocktails”. This particular drink fusion laboratory allows us to more easily accommodate ages under 21, and focus on fun alternative libations to liquor, wine and beer.
