The Museum of Flight’s annual Seafair weekend outdoor festival-by-the-flight line “Jet Blast Bash”, offers fast planes, music, food and a beer garden with the closest seats in Seattle to the thunder of the U.S. Navy Blue Angels’ takeoffs and landings. During the duration of the Seafair Festival, the U.S. Navy Blue Angels will be stationed at the King County International Airport terminal (north end of Boeing Field). Unfortunately, this means that we won’t be able to see the pilots’ walk down ceremonies, but the planes will take off right in front of the Museum. Viewing of the U.S. Navy Blue Angels’ take-offs and landings takes place outside in our closed off Main Parking Lot along Boeing Field’s fence-line. Access to the event requires Museum admission.
