The Pacific NW Teamsters National Black Caucus, MLK Labor, Access 2, WA YELL, and the Washington State Labor Council, AFL-CIO present their Spooktacular Halloween Trunk or Treat family-friendly event. Come dressed up in costumefor trunk or treating from decorated vehicles. There will be plenty of candy treats, raffle prizes, food, music, and even a community career fair!
