Sri Chinmoy International Peace Run in Fremont

Join the U.S. Peace Run in Fremont to offer your wishes for Peace. Meet on Saturday, May 21st, 10 am by the Dreamer of Peace Statue on the Burke Gilman Trail, under the Aurora Bridge, west of Adobe. (The bronze statue was sculpted by Kaivalya Torpy, to commemorate Sri Chinmoy, a life-long ambassador for peace and world harmony.) The U.S. Peace Run team will be visiting Seattle and all are welcome to hold the torch and offer their wishes for peace. There will also be a run on the Burke Gilman Trail starting at 11 am if you would like to run with the torch and the Peace Run Team. Participation in the Peace Run is free, and it’s fun!
