While waiting for your ride to begin, or after your sail, take a walk on the docks to see all of the boats boats. You might also watch volunteer crews rigging the boats for sailing. They’ll be happy to answer any question you might have. Or, enjoy the Dock Toys!
Dock Toys at CWB
Dock Toys at CWB are interactive exhibits that focus on maritime skills every sailor should know. These include skills such as knot tying to measuring water depth (without sonar technology), and using signal flags as a form of communication.
Whether you’re browsing the docks any day or need to kill some time before sailing, these interactive exhibits are available for free to the public. Dock Toys at CWB are great educational resources to learn some new maritime skills.
