For 25 years, the Seattle Center has hosted the Seattle Center Festál series of free ethnic festivals from cultural traditions around the world. Each festival is a genuine celebration of culture, arts, and community.
Diwali is India’s annual Festival of Lights and is a joyous celebration of knowledge and prosperity. Traditionally, Diwali is celebrated by illuminating homes and businesses, enjoying delicious food, and setting off firecrackers. The Seattle Center is working with Northwest SHARE to bring this festival to the Seattle community.
