As part of the free Seattle Center Festál series, The Italian Festival returns for its 39th year, bringing the spirit of Italian-American heritage to the heart of the city.
Whether you want to watch a high-energy pizza toss, marvel at luxury sports cars, or stomp some grapes, this family-friendly weekend has something for everyone.

- When: Saturday, Sept. 26 (10 a.m. to 7 p.m.) and Sunday, Sept. 27 (10 a.m. to 6 p.m.)
- Where: Seattle Center Armory Food & Event Hall and Fisher Pavilion
- Cost: FREE admission (food, drinks, vendor items and raffle tickets are extra)
What to See and Do
Fun Inside the Seattle Center Armory
Head inside the Armory to check out a mix of lively competitions and hands-on art projects:
- The Isernio’s Bocce Tournament: Cheer on the teams as they face off in this classic Italian lawn game.
- Tutta Bella Pizza Toss: Watch kids put their dough-spinning skills to the test in a fun, competitive showdown.
- Venetian Mask Painting: Let your kids (or your inner artist) try their hand at crafting a traditional mask in Tino’s Cortile.
- Art Exhibit: New this year, check out Pazienza in Italia on the Armory Balcony. This exhibit features paintings by Seattle artist Joel Patience, with original works, prints, and gifts available to browse or buy.
The Italian Vehicle Show (Saturday Only)
If you love classic cars, visit the International Fountain on Saturday between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. The popular vehicle show showcases Italian autos, scooters, and motorcycles from iconic brands like Ferrari, Maserati and Ducati.
Entertainment & Food at Fisher Pavilion & Terrace
The party continues outdoors and on the rooftops with live entertainment and culinary inspiration:
- Live Music: Catch performances all weekend long on the Peroni Main Stage in Fisher Pavilion, headlined by the Anthony “Nino” Lane Band.
- Cooking Demos & Grape Stomping: Head up to the Fisher Terrace rooftop for hourly La Cucina Galbani cooking demonstrations to pick up some culinary tips. You can also witness the Tutta Bella Grape Stomp.
- Wine & Beer Gardens: Grab a drink and enjoy live sets from The RigaTones and the La Mezzanotte Trio.

While entry to the festival grounds is free, you’ll definitely want to bring a little pocket change to explore the Italian marketplace. Vendors will be serving up authentic Italian food, wine and pastries.
