If you’re looking for an explosion of local culture and color, look no further than Tacoma’s Art on the Ave festival. Every year, TAPCO Credit Union and the 6th Ave Business District put on a FREE display of the power of the art scene in the Seattle metro area.
Featuring live shows from singers, DJs, dancers, and other performers, this is a family-friendly highlight of the year. Art lovers of all ages are sure to find something to take home from one of the many vendors and creators sharing their work along 6th Ave.

Art on the Ave will take place on Sunday, August 9, from 12 p.m. to 7 p.m. This event is free and open to everyone and is located along 6th Ave in Tacoma between Alder Street and State Street. See the map on their website and the Facebook event for more details.
There will be five stages with a variety of talent spanning a wide range of entertainment styles.
