Wenatchee River Salmon Festival celebrates the fall return of salmon to the Wenatchee River and Icicle Creek. The festival is held at the Leavenworth National Fish Hatchery, which is located at the mouth of the scenic Icicle Canyon near Leavenworth, Washington. The festival features an extensive line-up of activities, arts & crafts, outdoor recreation, and “edutainment” about our natural resources and the significance of salmon to people of the northwest. There’s a Native American Tribal Village featuring drumming & dancing, traditional crafts & games, and a salmon bake. Plus live music and entertainment, food booths, and more.
