Whidbey Island Fair is held on the third weekend of July. Admission rates are reasonable, making this a fun day trip or weekend getaway from the city. It’s a smaller fair with a rich history of over 90 years. The fairgrounds themselves are quaint with a big red barn, plenty of space, and easy navigation. The primary purpose of the fair is education. You’ll find a strong focus on teaching kids and the community about farming and raising livestock. In November and December, a Country Christmas Fair is a destination for local artisans and a great spot to find a unique holiday gifts at a good price. Single day tickets or season pass.
