Ready to celebrate all things summer? Lake City Summer Festival returns August 1, 2026, for a day dedicated to free family fun!
Happening from 10:30 a.m. until twilight on August 1, the Lake City Summer Festival and Parade is committed to presenting a clean, safe, and family-friendly event that’s free for everyone.
Lake City Summer Festival
This year, the celebration features:
- Live bands
- Live art
- Car show
- Free petting zoo
- Art & craft vendors
- Family fun zone
- Multicultural food trucks
- Community outreach
- And much more!
Arts and crafts vendors, the family fun zone and a jam-packed food court will be open from 10:30 a.m. until 7 p.m., while the Summer Fest Car Show will be showing off hot rods from 10:30 a.m. until 3:30 p.m.
Three (yes, three!) parades will be happening:
- Kid’s Parade, 6 p.m.
- Dog Parade, 6:30 p.m.
- Grand Parade, 7 p.m.
Bands will be rocking throughout the day on two stages, the Let’s Go! Main Stage and Family Fun Stage, with acts including Cowboy Genius’ ’90s country hits at noon on the Main Stage and Somebuddy’s Silly Suitcase Magic Show at 11:50 a.m. and 3:20 p.m. on the Family Fun Stage.
