Duwamish River Festival 2025 (via Duwamish River Festival)
At its heart, the festival is about people coming together across cultures, generations, and backgrounds to celebrate the strength, resilience, and diversity of the community. Through music, art, storytelling, cultural traditions, and hands-on activities, the Duwamish River Festival creates a space where everyone belongs and every voice matters.
This year’s celebration will include:
- Hands-on Activities: Free kayak river tours, skateboarding sessions, and bouncy houses
- Live entertainment: Lucha Libre wrestling, live band performances, local marching troupes, and youth rock bands
- Community and culture: Speeches from the Duwamish Tribe and local leaders, environmental justice information booths, and local art vendors
