Our April events calendar features a wide variety of entertainment in the Seattle-Tacoma metropolitan region. Holidays and special events include the Daffodil Parade (April 4, 2020), Jewish Passover (April 9-16, 2020), Christian Easter (Apr 12, 2020), Federal Income Tax Day (April 15), Earth Day (Apr 22), and Muslim Ramadan (April 23 – May 23, 2020).
Below we include free things to do in April, plus entertainment with modest admission prices. There are a wide variety of events, including community festivals, food festivals, live music, museum events, performance arts, movies and film festivals, literary events, tours, arts & crafts, games, recreational sports, boating and outdoor activities, family fun, consignment sales, and much more.
For events with an admission price, we focus on those with a regular adult ticket price of $15 or less. There are often lower admission prices for children, seniors, active military, and veterans, so be sure to look for these when buying tickets. You’ll also find popular entertainment with a ticket price more than $15. For these, we search for ticket discounts and other ways to save you money while splurging on a special event.
